Our Honourable Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, inaugurated the first International Day of Yoga in 2015 on the theme of ‘Yoga for Harmony and Peace’. Since then, it has become a global phenomenon and is now celebrated in over 190 countries. This year, it was the 9th year of International Yoga Day. The theme was ‘Yoga for Vasudhaiv Kutumbkam’ highlighting the message ‘One Earth, One Family and One Future’. We Espacians too welcomed this day with lots of enthusiasm and a healthy mindset. Everyone gathered near the amphitheatre in large numbers and practiced Yoga to stay positive and strong. Yoga benefits us physically and mentally through various exercises. It brings balance in life and rejuvenates the whole body. One can grow spiritually by the daily practice of Yoga. Team Samvada encourages all our readers to practice Yoga every day.
