A function was organized by the Silver City AOA to felicitate children, who passed their 10th and 12th board exams. It was a celebratory event organized to acknowledge their academic achieve
ments and to motivate them for their future endeavors. The different aspects of the event were:

Quiz and Pen Distribution: As part of the program, a quiz was organized to engage the children and test their knowledge. Questions related to various subjects of general knowledge were asked, and the children who answered correctly were rewarded with pens. This activity encouraged participation and active learning among the students.

Felicitation Items: The children who had successfully passed their 10th and 12th grades were felicitated with several items as a token of recognition and appreciation for their hard work. These items included –Name-printed Water Bottles: Each child was given a water bottle personalized with their name. This served as a practical and personalized gift that they could use regularly.

Name-printed Caps: Along with the water bottles, name-printed caps were given to the students. These caps were designed with a congratulatory message, the name of the institution, or the year of graduation, making it a memorable keepsake for the students.

Trophy: A trophy was presented to each student as a symbol of their achievement. The trophy had an engraved plaque mentioning their name, the academic year and the name of the institution. It acted as a tangible reminder of their success and motivated them to aim for further accomplishments.

Certificate: Each student received a certificate of recognition, acknowledging their successful completion of the 10th or 12th grade. The certificate contained relevant details such as the student’s name, the name of the institution, the year of graduation, and any other pertinent information.

To make the event enjoyable and memorable for the students, a variety of snacks – pizza, samosa, burger – and tea, popular choices among children, were provided. Dietary restrictions or preferences of the students were considered, and suitable options were made available.

The function aimed to celebrate the achievements of the students through engaging activities, personalized gifts and enjoyable snacks created a positive and celebratory atmosphere to encourage the students to continue their academic journey with enthusiasm.
