A Summer Carnival was organised at Exotica Appts, E-block Sector 50, on 02 July for all residents to “Catch up & Chill”. The time for school re-opening for children and the parents coincided with this day. So all energies were focused on the fun of this day.
The carnival events started with a swimming competition between various age groups, from small kids to seniors. The enthusiasm and the competitive spirit kept the tempo high in this event.
A number of stalls were put up by residents, which showcased a variety of cuisines, bakery products, games, paintings etc. External vendors had put up stalls for serving Ice creams, Chaat Papri, Cheese balls, Matar Kulcha.
In between a quick game of Tambola added flavor to the day.
Highlight of the event was the stellar on-stage singing performance of visually impaired duo Pankaj and Pramod. They received standing ovation from the residents present. Also, as a token of appreciation, winners of Tambola offered the money to the singers.
Exoticans thanked Shyantini Sen and Ashima Verma of the RWA Team who played a pivot role in organising this beautiful event.

It was a great summer evening to meet, greet n eat along with melodious music. Kids enjoyed the swimming competition. Hope to see more of such events.
