A Property Tax Camp was organised on 10th June 10am to 2pm in the ANCHS office. Residents were requested to note the following changes as they availed
of the facility:
- Timely rebate now is 10% and not 15%. (automatically done by the system).
- Change in the assessment factor of the building: It has been divided into 3 brackets :
a) Year 2000-2010( Factor 1)
b) Year 2010-2020( Factor 1.1 ) 10% more tax than before
c) Year 2020-till date ( Factor 1.2) 20% more tax than before
If the building was constructed before 2000, no change .
Please note the year of construction from your previous forms before you visit the camp as the age factor has to be fed in the system.
B) For Online deposit, residents were requested to carry Credit/ Debit Card.
C) Cheques were allowed but residents were requested to not bring them prefilled. Cheque to be in favour of
Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Of Delhi.
