Last week of May saw instances of fire in transformer areas. One was near the church (in picture) at night. As a result D and E block residents had no current supply for that night. There was another incident behind Ramagya School, in the morning. There were sparks and fire see towards the drain. Timely action by the school security to douse fire by buckets of sand and water, stopped it from spreading.
