Some residents have been regularly throwing their household garbage in the dustbins placed in parks and along the roads. As a result, these dustbins stink when it rains and the garbage rots. Also due to food items being thrown in them dogs and cats scatter the garbage. Residents are requested not to dispose it in the public dustbins.
