Nowhere in Noida one will see a community center as beautiful and well kept as Gangotri of Sector 26. Noida CEO Ritu Maheshwari who was on a visit to the Sector was all praise for RWCS for doing a great job and developing this beautiful facility.
Taking advantage of the sprawling lawn at the same height as the party hall, RWCS president and his team have converted the center into a place of pride for the residents of sector 26.
This beautiful hall with new air conditioning, changing room for the organisers and beautifully kept toilets has been developed for people wanting to hold their parties/events. Residents can now enjoy RWCS functions and programs in this new setup with a sense of pride.
There are six immaculately developed toilets in the center with cleaning staff always there to look after the ongoing cleaning and maintenance especially during the functions and parties. Night guards have been stationed to ensure that the facility is neither damaged nor misused.
This development and upgradation cost the RWCS 30 to 35 lakhs. President Govind Sharma clarifies that all this money was contributed by residents and friends and nothing has been spent from the RWCS kitty.
After this new setup RWCS targets increase in annual revenue from 6 lakhs to 15 lakhs up by 150 %. To reach this target RWCS has increased the booking rates.
President Govind Sharma says that we have now designed a new revenue model and all the revenue earned will be used for upgrading the sector facilities for the betterment of the residents.
