Women like her pluck flowers from our colony parks everyday. She runs the mandir in Mohammad Pur. Even the women who have shops for flowers outside Ram Mandir, Matri Mandir etc do the same.
These pictures are from the park next to B-5/113. She had a plastic bag full of flowers lying on a bench.
The colony guards just walk around like zombies banging their iron dandaas (which serve no other purpose but noise pollution). Even now when I saw this woman plucking flowers, i could see a guard in a grey uniform walking past.
