Several residents had registered complaints with the NFC RWA (Ashoka Park) Office in relation to the not so clean water supply and also the inflated water bills being received by them in the recent past. In an attempt to redress the grievance, the RWA called upon the DJB officials, explained both problems, requested them to visit and examine the issue of the unclean water and thereafter, rectify the problem (as regards the issue of unclean water), AND visit the RWA office along with officials and settle the issue of the inflated water bills etc. There was some success achieved, inasmuch as the problem of unclean water supply still seems to persist (though there appears to be some respite), and for the inflated water bills, the DJB Team visited the RWA office on 19th February 2023. Several residents visited the camp and returned satisfied; their queries being resolved. The NFC RWA (Ashoka Park) shall continue to organize such camps for the ease and convenience of its residents.
