chairperson of International Council of Flavours at MENTORx. Phew!
Smriti is enthusiastic about chocolates. She established her venture in 2010 to craft innovative chocolates with love. She aims to kill the same old mundane chocolate boxes by establishing a jaw dropping chocolate art & blending flavours in a magical way.
Smriti’s venture today makes a wide variety of chocolates in 500+ flavours. Keto chocolates, ice cream cakes, gluten free & vegan desserts, fondue ice cream – you name it & she does it all! Smriti also runs an academy for bakery arts. She holds workshops in schools, colleges, and corporate institutions. She’s authored a book called ‘The Chocolate Alphabet’. It is based on the concept that readers should have a single destination to get information about chocolate quickly & with fun.
Smriti wanted her book to be more than a routine cookery book. Due to her knowledge & passion, her book turned out to be an amazon bestseller. Smriti hosts a series featuring step by step tutorial on managing home businesses. On her show, she also shares recipes with a vast number of variations. She has been awarded at national platforms. She’s participated in radio shows & school/ college guest lectures.
Smriti has also been a jury member across shows/ events. She loves to attend literary festivals to interact with other authors. She also teaches book – writing. Poetry is her other passion. It was a pleasure to meet a person as talented & as soft spoken as Smriti!
