I wish to reiterate that on the day of the picnic event, I informed you that I was aware that a picnic was being held in Kamayani Park and that a caterer had been called. Other than that, I did not have more details like having stalls! Nowhere did I say that our Secretary Ashok Chaturvedi or RWA staff bypassed me.
