The residents of AGV-1, celebrated 74th ‘Republic Day’ with great enthusiasm. On this occasion residents with their children assembled at the amphitheatre premise in the early morning. Entire area was decorated with balloons and flags beautifully and patriotic song also started playing from the very early morning which was created the patriotism among all. Children and security guards paraded around the society chanting with ‘Vande Matarm’ slogan and senior citizens also joined in the parade to encourage them. Thereafter flag hoisting was held by the children and our ‘National anthem ‘was sung by all. On this occasion some cultural program and games were also organized. Speeches on national heroes and their sacrifice for the country filled everyone with pride. Children’s group dance and song and musical chair and various other games were also the part of that event.
