This is a monthly affair, and this time the Ladies Forum meeting of sector 39 Noida was on 24 January at the Community Centre and interestingly, this time the theme was Sports Day. The ladies gathered enthusiastically, all of them in their sporting attire. One of the best things about this club is that it comprises women of diverse age groups -a few of them are middle aged, some senior citizens and some very senior citizens. Whatever the age, the enthusiasm in all of them is so high, that one forgets about all the worries of the daily life. The team that leads this club always ensures that each month, there is a different theme. All thanks to their creativity. The effort is so well collaborated that the show is absolutely flawless. Amidst all the fun that takes place, the ladies never forget to pose for a photograph or two. Nagma Wadhawan, one of the very energetic members, patiently clicks pictures, ensuring all participants are covered When I spoke to Ms. Maureen of our sector, who is one of the most senior members of the club, she said she feels overjoyed after attending the meeting. She also mentioned that they are extremely well organized every month, and that there is so much fun and entertainment for all.
Post all the games, sumptuous lunch was served. Well, it was a perfect afternoon, friends, games, food, fun and frolic for all, leaving each one of us rejuvenated. I’m sure each member is looking forward to the next meeting in February. Till then take care.
