December is the season of chilling winters and hot and happening Celebration. Because it’s this time of the year when we celebrate Christmas and New Year’s Eve to welcome New Year in style. Dec’ 22 was in full swing with these two celebrations in LB.
Residents were treated to a beautiful Christmas Carnival on 25th Dec’22. There were Shopping stalls, Food stalls, Gaming zones, Photo corner and Kids rides for the little ones. Shopping stalls had some great vendors displaying and selling their classy fares ranging from clothing, accessories, stationary items to paintings and carpets. Food stalls had delicious food from variety of cuisines. Chinese, Mughlai Tikka and Aloo Tikka were the show stealers.
Gaming zone had games for kids as well as grown-ups. 7up-7down, Banco, Hit the evil Snowman are the most popular ones.
As always, people were attracted to the photo booth coz everyone likes to have something for the instagram. All in all this Christmas carnival had something for everyone.
And of course the chirpy red and white decor made up for the perfect Christmas carnival.
Then came the New Year’s eve. It was super cold this year and while most people planned to spend it tucked in their blankets, they ended doing otherwise. Well such was the Celebration at Lotus Boulevard. There were canopies that served great food, DJ with lively songs and people of LB Dressed up in glitters to welcome the year in style. Although it was extremely cold, people thawed themselves to the latest hit songs dancing and laughing all through. The DJ decided to mix some Bhojpur music for that additional pun but later on being objected switched back to bellwood tracks.
The food was perfect for the Celebration with delicious chinese, pav bhaji and others.
Overall a fantastic way to rung in to the New Year with friends, family and neighbours.
