I happened to visit the Nanaksar gurudwara along with a friend and was highly impressed with the cleanliness and the support staff. The path and the steps down to the centre are spic-and-
span. The steps are all of uni-form height, which are wide with a strong and steady handrail. The landing is also big.
The main hall is huge, clean and well air conditioned. There is plenty of seating in the waiting area. The receptionist is smiling and happy to help. They issue a properly printed card with the details of the patient and the service paid for. There is the option to pay digitally as well as in cash. The place is quiet and peaceful. There are no long queues with people crowding at the counter.
My next visit happened with my mother after a strong recommendation for their physiotherapist. My mother’s experience with the orthopedic doctor wasn’t a pleasing one and could definitely have been better, however, she came back very impressed with the physiotherapist. The physiotherapy department is neat and tidy. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Presently, they are under-equipped with the required number of machines in comparison to the Sanatan Dharam mandir GK2 clinic.
The toilets are provided in two places – one at the approach to the center and the other inside the hall. They have been constructed well, properly maintained and functioning well. One wouldn’t feel uncomfortable using them if required. Overall, a pleasant experience. I would request GK2 residents to visit, support and avail of these good health services being provided in a clean environment.
