No hesitation in using weaklings & conformists for desired effect. 4.  Ends matter not means! 5. Optics are used to create an image of being wronged, eliciting sympathy & approval , largely, through use of willing volunteers, & catch phrases with potential to turn into talking points! 6. Rewarding personal loyalty is common. Followers, however, can be dumped, if no more useful, in painting any opposing or different point of view, in bad light! 7. Even widely respected people, with large public support, are made to feel, they need this group’s blessings! 8. Despite their seemingly controversial styles, some such groups do succeed!
