Having witnessed the uncertain pandemic times, we all are certain that anything can happen anytime anywhere.
The lanes witnessed such an unexpected & unpleasant incident where the helpers turned out to be a nuisance rather than a support system for the residents.
One of the residents raised the issue of their maid being harassed by a gardener who has been a regular for the nearby residents for a long time.
The maid and her family members had approached the resident saying that the gardener had assaulted the maid physically multiple times and threatened to kill her if she ignored his requests.
However, many residents came forward in support of the gardener vouching for his character and behaviour.
On the other hand, witnesses from the place of the physical brawl incident, the Mother Dairy outlet owner claimed that the maid had started the physical hitting after that the gardener reacted by wildly assaulting the maid at a public place.
One of the Samaritans of the society took upon him to investigate the matter and ended up getting hold of a video recording as well.
It turned out that the two parties involved had exchanged money, which ultimately led to them playing the dirty blame game.
These helpers turned out to be annoyance for the residents but very cleverly manipulated and made it an angle of sympathy to shield their misconduct. These people need to learn that taking advantage of others’ trust is not acceptable rather it would be disadvantageous for them in the long run.
