Shri Bhim Sen Sikri, 80 years young, achieved his yellow belt with his sheer determination, courage & conviction.
Age is just a count. In fact, even the word “old” means less and less these days everyone wishes to stay healthy and active well past the traditional retirement age of 65. The accomplishment below from among us, a resident of Safdarjung Enclave, is certainly highly inspiring.
Shri Bhim Sen Sikri, resident of B-1/22, Ground floor, Safdarjung Enclave is one true example to prove that doing amazing things what you love certainly have nothing to do with their, rather advance age.
Shri B S Sikri, aged 80 years (DOB 08.08.1942), followed his passion to remain always physically and mental fit and healthy. His aspirations made him join and practice Taek Wondo last year and now he has attained his yellow belt on 03.11.2022 by Taekwondo Association of India (I.T.F).
Shri B S Sikri has always been an early riser, daily morning walker and highly continuous for his fitness. He regularly practices Yoga and Taek Wondo 3-4 times a week, still he makes sure to do some sort of exercise for an hour everyday. He even motivates his neighbours and people to remain fit and healthy.
This is a true accomplishment by Shri Bhim Sen Sikri to prove that you are never too old to achieve your dreams and never to late to start trying and do something amazing.
