The Underground Tank file has been approved and its tender will be live by next week. This tank has the capacity to store 15 lakh litres of water. It has taken more than two years to convince MCG for the requirement and necessity of having additional storage.
We are thankful to the Commissioner Ashok Garg for understanding and approving the file. The journey started at the time of P. C. Meena the then commissioner of MCG.
This Underground Tank will help suncity whenever there is scarcity of water supply from GMDA.
With all the support of Residents, there is uninterrupted supply of water to the whole township through the power backup support that was initiated by SRWA. This is MCG’s work but we have been Atmnirbhar only because of the hard work of residents coming together and pushing this initiative.
We can only go ahead with the betterment of Suncity if we are united and sincerely work for Suncity.
