GPM RWA organized and event in Green Park on November 10th, 2024 at the Agrasen Park. It was a Wonderful Event, Excellent, Kudos are some of the compliments I have picked up to apprise the readers about how well this get together was accepted. I am trying to weave my story with details of performance and motivational alphabets of participants.
I start with Mukesh Jain “First time in the history of Green Park since 1960 no such program was organized. I hope the Association team will rope in more members and make our colony great, safe, neat and clean. Lots of expectations team- rwa, you should fasten your seat – belt straight away.”
There were other members with congratulatory messages for GPRWA team for the wonderful get together which gave opportunity to all of us to meet and interact with residents of the colony. One of the messages says “Such a program has motivation to rope in more members and will bring a feeling of togetherness among residents. Society will intereave and a sense of belonging will prevail.” Kudos to the team and lovely singers was the slogan of the day.
Shri NB Jain thanked the team GPRWA for making the day memorable. Such was the inviting atmosphere that our dear RDS Chawla ji, bhabhi ji and sweet Jannat got up for their contribution by singing a popular Hindi song…Dekho Dekho Mera Dil Kahan Gaya Re… there was a big applause. Neelam Kumar’s contribution of a song in her melodious voice was appreciated.
Idea of get together was mooted by GPRWA, planned and executed by them only. It was a thumping success. Credit goes to RWA team for their untiring efforts to make the event a success. None of the team members were looking for a crown individually. It was teamwork. If Ranjan ji was given the responsibility of making Agrasen Park fit for lunch he did it and so also the catering. Namita ji, Priya ji and all the team members were on their toes to welcome the guests gracefully, saw their seating and facilitated all the requirements. Food was yummy and so were the desserts.
Hats off to the organizers for the lovely program which has been labeled as memorable by several residents. It raises the expectations for more such events. Well done team RWA, fasten your belts for more such mornings. 3 cheers for one and all, be it the enthusiastic residents or the welcoming team. I would like to mention here the name of Lalit Kumar, our Ex- President. He did his best during his tenure and was a happy participant now. As the saying goes, “men may come and men may go, but I go on forever…
