HSVP had given show cause notice to many residential places that were involved in commercial activities. They had a survey done; on the 27th of January; in sectors 43, 45, 55, 56, and 57 in which 200 PG places were found illegal and now they will be sealed and their OCs will be cancelled too.
Haryana Urban Development Act 1977 Dhara 17 says that residential homes cannot accommodate commercial services if proven so they will face the consequences. Thus the Haryana govt. has taken such actions. The fellow residents must have heaved a sigh of relief; who have been troubled by such illegal activities for quite some time now.
